Review: My PS Partner (R18)

This article is based on personal judgement and may or may not match everyone opinons about it, but nonetheless, I still hope you guys have a great time reading it.
"My PS Partner" R19
Hello hello, let's go to a new genre today with this Korean movie gold, deep and entertaining is what I would use to describe this movie.
The movie's poster
The movie focus on the poisonous relationship that Yoon-jung, the female lead is in, and Hyun-seung, the male lead, has just broken up with his 7-year lover.

Hyun-seung and his 7-year ex girlfriend
While both are struggling with their problems and love life, they found each other in oddest way and somehow found comfort in the other person, something that their partner failed to give them.
After knowing each other, Huyn-seung &Yoon-jung are almost always on the phone talking with the other.
Personally, i do feel that there definitely are some dark humor to the movie, which is different from the normal dark thriller, killing, bloody humor but it’s the kind of joke/situation that is funny at first but is actually very deep and sad the more you think about it.
Yoon-jung boyfriend finally propose to her after realizing that he may lose her.
Moreover, there are a lot of passive aggressive to the way Yoon-jung handled her problems, she found out her boyfriend who she have been with for 5 years cheated on her with his colleague, and the worse part is she quit her job to focus more on their relationship. At first, she didn’t make a big deal and things slided by but it never really went away, like the calm before the storm, all of her calm and grace, towards her boyfriend or anyone she is in contact with, is just waiting to explode later on. Sadly, it went off on her wedding day, the day she has been waiting for 5 long years.
Yoon-jung admit her relationship with Hyun-seung to everyone...
And walked out of her wedding.
Hyun-seung came and proclaimed his love for her through a song about panties (because Yoon-jung said love song are just too obvious for her), which made her come to realize that none of what she is doing make any sense, she then exposed her cheating fiancee, shamed the girl who her fiancee is cheating on her with and crashed the wedding in the most bad-ass and cold blooded way, which is just karma for the two-timer bastard.
Huyn-seung sang the song that he wrote for Yoon-jung..
And Yoon-jung realize what she should do.
In the end, she admitted to Hyun-seung that she still have feelings for him and they got back together through his radio channel.
Yoon-jung sang the song that Huyn-seung wrote for her and admit that she regrets rejecting his love.
There are little to criticize on the acting (Ji-Sung, who played Hyun-seung,is considered Korean acting beast), filming or the plot of the movie, however, i do believe that if the number of 19+ scenes can be reduced that will help the movie overall experience get better and smoother and the movie can reached to a boarder audience. I do highly recommended this movie for anyone who have been through a rough breakup or just looking for the courage to get out of a toxic relationship, so that hopefully, you won't lose the will to find the love of your life.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for reading, hope you have a great night. Also, don't forget to leave us a comment about your favorite parts of the movie or any others. See you next time.

Nellie.
