Review: Rough Night

This article is based on personal judgement and may or may not match everyone opinons about it, but nonetheless, I still hope you guys have a great time reading it.

This movie is about an GNO that went really bad, Jess (Scarlett Johansson) is getting married soon and for her bachelorette party, she and her college friend (Alice (Jillian Bell), Frankie (Ilana Glazer), Blair (Zoë Kravitz) and Pippa (Kate McKinnon)) reunited for a wild weekend in Miami.

After dinner, while partying in the club, they took some drugs and therefore things took a turn for the worse. Things got out of control and they decided to hire male stripper, after a while, a men come who the girls thought were the stripper but was actually a wanted criminal on the run with a lot of money on him. Somehow, they ended up killing the criminal (cause Alice decided to jump on him, leading to his fall, hit his head and that killed him instantly).

The group of girl then tried to get rid of the body but wasn't able to. So when all of them are terrified, the real stripper came dressed as a police officer, of course the girls freaked out and weird girl knocked him out  ðŸ˜‚ 😂. Late into the night, the other allies of the criminal guy came searching for him and again fooled the girl into believing that they are real cops, the girls then came clean and show them the bodies of the criminal, the other wanteds then threatened all of the girls and the male stripper with a gun while try to looked for the money, however things ended well when Jen's fiancee came just in the nick of time to save them all. In the end, Jen got married, the girls were free of charges and once again, enjoying life.

Jess's wedding party
The events in the movie happen quite fast and entertaining, the plot however was quite thin and wasn't very well thought out therefore still have a quite flaws in it. But, the movie on the whole was able to serve up some laughers and funny moments, as well as an encouraging messages to all women out there to cherish their friendships and work for what they want in life.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
